Online Submission: Bids shall be submitted online only through the official e-Tendering portal of the Government of Kerala. No hard copies are required to be submitted before the opening of the bids.

Registration: Prospective bidders must register on the e-Tendering portal:

Payment: The Tender Fee and EMD shall be remitted online through the e-Tendering portal gateway (e.g., SBI MOPS). Exemption from Tender Fee/EMD, if applicable, must be claimed with valid documentary proof as per the Kerala Store Purchase Manual.
