Sealed Quotations are invited for appointment of Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26 on the following terms and conditions from BPT empanelled Chartered
Accountant firms having registered office and operating office in Kerala.
We are a Government of Kerala Undertaking with Registered Office and Head Office at Trivandrum. Business Centre and Infrastructure Division is also attached with Head
Office, Trivandrum. We have the following units located at different parts of the State.
Please note that we have Manufacturing and Service activities.
1.All activities of the divisions and units are to be covered in the internal audit:
- a) Air Cargo complexes at Trivandrum and Calicut Airports.
- b) Marketing Division with Business Centres at various locations in Kerala.
- c) Soap manufacturing unit- “Kerala Soaps” at Calicut.
- d) Container Freight Station at Kochi.
- e) Infrastructure Division at Head Office.
- f) Head Office at Trivandrum.
2. You are requested to visit the respective units and submit your report separately for each quarter, so as to help us in closing of Accounts for each quarter. Along with the detailed report, a brief report showing the corrective actions required shall also be submitted.
3. Turnover of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 is Rs.74.88 Crores.
4.Fees should be quoted exclusive of GST. GST as applicable will be paid extra.
5.Selection is finalised on the evaluation based on
- (a) Your Experience in the Field
- (b) Your Experience in works undertaken in State Public Sector Undertakings and
- (c)Rate quoted.
6.Work should be completed based on the Schedule given by the Company.
7.Company has the right to cancel the Work Order if any deviation is noticed against the directions/ Interest of the company.
8.Decision of the Managing Director will be final with regard to issue of Work order and Cancelling of the Work Order.
9.Last date of receipt of Sealed Quotation is at 5 pm on 14th January 2026.
10.Opening of Tender is at 4.30pm on 15th January 2026.
