Kerala State Industrial Enterprises Ltd. (KSIE) invites registered and qualified Architects and Engineering Firms to submit proposals for association in ongoing and future projects. KSIE seeks expertise in delivering innovative solutions for infrastructure projects across Kerala.

Eligibility and Submission Requirements:

Profile: Detailed company profile including qualifications, experience, and organizational status.
Project Experience: List of major projects executed, specifying scope, budget, and role in the project.
Organization Structure: Outline of legal status (proprietorship, partnership, or company), manpower strength, and technical capabilities.
Certificates & Legal Documents: Registration certificates, professional certifications, and legal status documents.
Experience in doing projects like Convention Centre within minimum one acre, water and sanitation projects etc will be an added advantage.

Scope of Work: The eligible firms will be called for a Pre- bid meeting for presenting their profile and experience in designing and executing projects like industrial units, warehouses, commercial complexes, and public infrastructure, convention centre, puzzle parking ventures, water and sanitation projects etc. The presentation shall cover their expertise in planning, architectural design, structural engineering, civil works, and overall project management.

Submission Guidelines: Firms must submit their proposals along with required documents by 20.02.2025 by 5.PM. Submissions can be made via hard copy or email to the address provided

Proposals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or submission requirements may be disqualified.
